Application Fields

The Liquiphant FTL85 coated tuning fork level switch can be used in explosive hazardous areas and has obtained multiple international certifications. It is designed for fail-safe overfill protection measurement scenarios, meets the SIL3 functional safety requirements, and adopts anti-corrosion coatings made of enamel, ECTFE, and various PFA materials to ensure reliable measurement. Its measurement is not affected by changes in medium properties, fluid disturbances, bubbles, foam, vibration, or adhesion.
The functional safety level of the level switch reaches SIL3.
